Over-Development in Our Community

At the present time, there is an application before the Town Board to change the zoning from Industrial 1 to Business 1 and construct a 14,593 sqft CVS Drug Store with a Drive through. It is located at the Connequot Ave and Lowell Ave intersection. However, there are many problems with this application.
